We get our guns (NY Pistol & Rifle Association v Bruen) We get freedom of religious expression (Kennedy v. Bremerton) We get reversal of incorrect previous decisions (Dobbs v. Jackson) Next year look for magazine capacity bans to be ruled un-Constitutional (Duncan v. Bonta) Assault Weapons bans ruled un-Constitutional (Miller v Bonta) 6-3 SCOTUS will keep giving Conservatives victories for decades and there is nothing the Left can do about it. It's the beautiful "Trump Legacy" with a big assist to Cocaine Mitch keeping that partisan hack, Garland, off the SCOTUS. The fact that you are thanking Alito is hilarious. I posted my takes on the critical Senate races. I am taking Walker over Warnock & Oz over the Munster Stroke Victim. JD Vance will win Ohio & Budd will win in NC. Both AZ & NV are closer than 538 currently predicts, there is a chance GOP takes one of these seats as well. GOP takes the Senate 51-49 or better. House goes GOP by 20 Seats.
