Apparently you haven't noticed but Israel is a world leader in security technology, which of course makes ultimate sense. But I guess the US is not a big buyer of security technology.

We may as well make Israel the 51st state, but I don't think they would be keen on that. But as long as there is a USA, we are permanently bonded with Israel.

Between the US and the UK we've held pretty much control over the mid east oil supply, like forever. Location, location, location. The Hydro carbons are there, and we aren't leaving. There is no other state or country in MENA that will be as friendly with us, through thick and thin.
