The Court spoke in a way that virtually assures the opportunity for a case to actually move forward to that level in the future: ""In particular, this order is not based on any conclusion about the constitutionality of Texas's law, and in no way limits other procedurally proper challenges to the Texas law, including in Texas state courts," the majority wrote." https://www.cnn.com/2021/09/02/politics/texas-abortion-supreme-court-sb8-roe-wade/index.html We will see what happens from here. |

Fill out paperwork and wait til it is approved BEFORE you try to come here, be it for asylum or anything else. For sure, do NOT let wetbacks who cross illegally stay here til their case is heard; send em back ASAP. Have a no exceptions policy that anyone who is caught crossing illegally can NEVER come back to the USA. Works for me. |
