I guess it’s true: money can’t buy happiness!

I just realized i've not heard any hint of loyalty tests, party members being primaried. We've got Democrats calling for an investigation of the Afghan exit and the President isn't so much as unfriending them. How refreshing to not have a Mafia Boss in the White House.

Gotta wonder how much of the Afghanistan fiasco can rightfully be laid at Uncle Joe's feet, or whether the blame should be based on poor planning and execution by the military.

I haven't followed the issue enough to know the answer.

He is a career politician. He'll handle the criticism from his side in a different way, but I doubt he will just sit back and let it happen. Calling for an investigation and having Nancy or Chuck actually implement one, or allow one to be implemented, are two very different things. That is just step one... If one does happen, there will be some gnashing of teeth and scapegoating, but they will make sure it does not go too far.

I doubt he even does any of his own social media. I won't say that is a bad thing...

No way in hell is he the one who actually sends out the tweets from the POTUS account. I’m sure there’s probably a communications team behind it.

They should teach him to stop saying who they told him to call on. I am sure every President has a bit of a list in their head, or even on paper, but at least kind of act like it was an original thought.

Anyway, I am sure there is a team behind it. As I said, that is not a bad thing at all.

Some old people show the effects of age when they start becoming more unfiltered. Most on the right have him already at full blown Alzheimer's.

But he's never been that great at being filtered anyway.

I may be misremembering the exact number, but I remember reading somewhere that during Mitt Romney’s 2012 campaign, any tweet sent out from his account had to be approved by 22 different people on the campaign.
