I was watching the Godfather of Harlem last week. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8080122/ Besides Bumpy Johnson, the show combined Malcolm X as a prominent character. Their group was similar to others trying to preserve their race. When Malcolm X traveled to Mecca, a new Muslim friend of his was a white adult male. I think that's when Malcolm X realized God shows no favoritism. So he prayed with a white man for the first time. |
