Just got a brand spankin new RV
Travel trailer of course. They aren't that pricy. I'm not buying an engine like the more expensive models.
When you ask to look at RVs. 1st question is you looking for an engine RV or something to tow.
Love it
Same length but more living room
Exchanged the bunk bed RV for a couch RV
Both have a dinette, queen bed, kitchen and bathroom shower.
I have more space to walk around so thats great for the occulus.

I needed some work done on mine so visited the dealer
Kind of hard on it living in it over a year and a half and dragged it around the country. Barely sideswiped the rear on guard rail in Northern CA which broke the awning.
I was at the dealer and was looking at new models out of curiosity
I told them what I had and they really wanted to make a deal.
I was taken aback on how hot they were for my current RV. I think bunk bed RV's are hot for families with kids
They gave me a great price on mine even with all its issues. I was very honest with them. Ton of small issues and a couple big ones including the damaged awning which I was planning on getting fixed. They were still hot for it. Must be a shortage of that model. Went back and forth on trade in price and we made a deal
Currently chilling in my brand new RV
Life is good

Awesome, congrats. Would love to see a link to the model.

Did your other one have slide outs? That really adds to the space available. That 3 d viewer gives a nice look at it.

That looks very nice. It is a little smaller than I had assumed but I am sure it is much easier to tow, Is it about the same size as the last one?

Those slide outs make a huge difference in an RV. I've considered another Motor Coach from time to time, used, first thing is, how many slides? It's like a boat, you can and 2 ft. in length and it means little to nothing in either a rv or a boat, but add 2 ft. to the beam of the boat and it's a huge difference in several ways. In an RV, just breaking up the "4 walls" does a lot to your peace of mind if you are going to be spending much time inside.

Anyway, good on ya. Is that just a 22 Ft.? I towed one of those to Alaska and half way back. Hardly notice it's back there. But for those that must tow a 12-18k pounder, they notice every incline, every side wind. Even notice the price of fuel.

Same length, 23 feet
Old one had a smaller side out, just the dinette
This is a much larger side out with both dinette and couch. Its actually a little heavier due to the larger side out. All packed and full, towing about 4500 pounds
Truck rated for 7500 pounds
I call them side outs because they don't slide
If motor breaks or stops, they don't budge

Congrats on the new home! Every time I look at the cost of one of these I am stunned how inexpensive they are. Less than a well appointed mid size SUV. I guess the ‘money’ in a car is in its engine, which your RV doesn’t have. Does it come with a mattress, or do you buy one separately?

Parents should know what they're allowing their kids to use in any case.
