Twimc. If you are considering staying in one of these things for any length of time, consider this. A number I was given way back about the Airstreams, and I would assume it is similar with the Silver Streak and the other rounded trailers. When they cut the square corners down and make them round, you do get better mileage, how much I don't know, but the number I was given is you lose 17% of your storage by rounding the corners. IDK, about TP but when I lived in one full time, every nook and cranny was stuffed. Even pulled some panels back to stow some tools. When I finally unloaded my 35ft. 2 tip out trailer entirely to sell it, I could not believe how much stuff I was hauling around the country. But in the 80's or 70's, there was less access to parts. so that is a factor.

Still you will want the things that make you comfortable with you. Storage is big. That's why if I did it again, I would go Motor Coach with a basement. Stuff that is stored can be outside, and accessed outside. my 2

Gas mileage sucks but I can afford it
I love having a sideout, something Airstreams lack
Front is somewhat aerodynamic
Storage is not a big deal for me
At least not in the RV
I have more then enough because going somewhat minimalism.
Just sold my Xbox one, fine with a light switch and light occulus 2 for gaming.
Put my golf clubs in storage for when I'm back in FL. I put more clothes in storage. I had 5 pairs of jeans. 3 now in storage. My expensive heavy leather jacket just went in storage. Dropped off other stuff as I evaluated what I did and did not use.
Don't even have a laptop anymore.

Neighbor next door has a huge rig. Back side folds down into a outdoor patio deck. From Canada

Inflating my RV tires
I'm a taken aback by the pressure
80 PSI cold
Wow
That's a lot of pressure
Says it on the actual tire and the rv
My old rv I think was 65PSI
I checked my tires, in the 60 psi range and pretty hard to the touch.
Giving it a boost to 80psi
80 just seems so hi but if that's recommended , going with it.
I always have a tire inflator with me
Wonder if I will notice better gas milage rolling on rock hard rv tires

Do they put tire pressure on door of the RV like they do on cars? (the edge of the door when you open it?).

Actually it's on the edge of the vehicle's door opening, not the door itself

It's outside of Hattiesburg of all places
