If it was me I did not state that a minimum IQ should be required to vote. What I stated was the extremely low IQ could be manipulated, and they would end up predominantly voting for Democrats. |

That sounds like something that I would say. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

Is that why Democrats have a lock on higher education voters? But, regardless of which party it may or may not help. I think requiring IQ tests to vote is a dangerous precedent... Is somebody with a lower IQ less qualified to have a choice in their government? And, if the answer is yes, should be with mental or learning disabilities be barred from voting? Should people with substance abuse problems be barred from voting? Should people who are physically handicapped be barred from voting? You can make a case that all of these factors can lead you to be manipulated easier.... |

He didn't take no stinking test, and he don't need no stinking test. You know he took it and flunked, or they would be shouting it from the rooftops that he passed.
