"An analysis by USA Today published in June 2016 found that over the previous three decades, Donald Trump and his businesses have been involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal courts and state court, an unprecedented number for a U.S. presidential candidate. Of the 3,500 suits, Trump or one of his companies were plaintiffs in 1,900; defendants in 1,450; and bankruptcy, third party, or other in 150. Trump was named in at least 169 suits in federal court. Over 150 other cases were in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida (covering Broward County, Florida) since 1983. In about 500 cases, judges dismissed plaintiffs' claims against Trump. In hundreds more, cases ended with the available public record unclear about the resolution. Where there was a clear resolution, Trump won 451 times, and lost 38." - Wikipedia

"However, even by those measures, the number of cases in which Trump is involved is extraordinary. For comparison, USA TODAY analyzed the legal involvement for five top real-estate business executives: Edward DeBartolo, shopping-center developer and former San Francisco 49ers owner; Donald Bren, Irvine Company chairman and owner; Stephen Ross, Time Warner Center developer; Sam Zell, Chicago real-estate magnate; and Larry Silverstein, a New York developer famous for his involvement in the World Trade Center properties.

To maintain an apples-to-apples comparison, only actions that used the developers' names were included. The analysis found Trump has been involved in more legal skirmishes than all five of the others — combined.

"

He clearly abuses the legal system.

Read the actual USA breakdown, its interesting:

WTF? First Norway nominated Trump for
the peace prize, now Sweden has
nominated him for a 2nd one?

That second nomination is for securing a deal for normalized economic relations between Serbia and Kosovo.

The deal also includes Kosovo recognizing Israel, and Serbia agreeing to move its embassy to Jerusalem.

Two major peace deals in two weeks. No bullets. No bombs. No burned out cities. No thousands dead and displaced.

Did you notice, the article doesn't mention any of the 1,900 cases he filed, being thrown out?

They had merit.

More than one-third of the plaintiffs' cases were thrown out, and his win ratio is 12 to 1.

In that interview Cordon sounds
like he's talking to his grandpa
in the nursing home. Which he
basically is.

When is the last time Trump won a lawsuit?

Sept. 4, 2020

Judge Upholds President Trump’s Curbs on H-1B Outsourcing

"The decision is a big labor rights win for American employees because it recognizes a president can use his authority under section 212(f) of federal law to block the inflow of foreign workers if they have a damaging impact on Americans’ economic circumstances."

"The proclamation temporarily bars the entry of foreign workers via the huge H-1B, J-1, H-2B, and L-1 labor pipelines, which keep roughly two million compliant and cheap contract workers in jobs needed by unemployed blue collar and white collar Americans."

"The lawsuit was filed in the name of 169 contract workers from India and their spouses. The Indians hold valid H-1B visas and are being denied entry to the United States to retake jobs that would otherwise go to Americans."

No worries. Biden will reverse the Executive Order the day he takes office.

The ceasefire would not have been necessary if the US hadn't been providing the rebels with arms since 2006, and Obama didn't incite them by declaring 'Assad must go'.

More than 465,000 Syrians killed. Over a million injured, and over 12 million displaced.

Obama sure did earn that Peace Prize!

Now that Biden is out of his basement,
lots of stories on how any event he
attends so exhausts the frail old man
he has to take a day or two off to
recover. 9/11 is the latest example.
What little he did on Friday tired
him out so much his campaign
cancelled all things planned for
yesterday. How in hell is Biden
going to handle the most grueling
stress producing job in the world
if he can't even do a few hours
campaigning without almost
collapsing from fatigue. This is
some kind of bad joke.

The current Presidency would have been improved significantly had Trump never showed up for work. Just stayed home. Just like his poll numbers go up the less he talks. More people are happier when he's not on the news for any reason.
