Btw, stereotyping is not using what you actually know about the actual person. A police officer who knows a person has actually murdered a police officer is using actual specific knowledge. He doesn’t have to approach that person as if they aren’t dangerous.

You do realize that more police are killed by black people than black people killed by cops. A stat that the left likes to suppress.

I live in small town Az. My house sits at an advantageous point on our street for cars to stop after the 4 way stop at the bottom of the hill. Many people stop right in front of my bay window to answer their phones, etc. Cops also hit their lights about 2 houses downhill so cars can pull over easily right in front of my house.

I watch several incidences between police and the public, right from the comfort of my own home. A few nights ago, I noticed as a younger person was pulled over right in front, but this time there were two cops, one on each side of the suspect vehicle, the one on our house side [passenger side] was at the ready to draw his weapon. It occurred to me, that police have gotten more cautious lately.

That is pointless. I file it under "trying to make a jerk out of one's self."

If you cannot see that a cop has to use their street sense as to how to approach a situation then you need to get out into the real world.

I don't have the answer. But your 'street sense' leads to INNOCENT Blacks being lumped in with their criminal counterparts. It is 'the real world' for the INNOCENT Blacks. And you and I don't ever have to worry about it.

By the way, I am not disagreeing with you that if I were a cop I would use my experience to shape how I act. It is just unfair to the law abiding Blacks, and i can see how I would want it changed. But not sure how to do it....

I am sure when I was younger I was lumped in with other youths when cops saw me. People are going to get lumped together, it happens.

The problem is we are making a hero of criminal blacks. Kamala Harris told a rapist she was proud of him! I remember a college band forming the name "TRAVON"-- a kid who pinned a man to the ground as he pummeled him. Rodney King was high on PCP and led police on an 80 mph chase thru residential areas, and would not comply to the point deadly force had to be used, all of which followed procedure for escalation btw.

See, if one of these were a Joe Lunchbucket who had deadly force used for no reason I would be all behind the guy. But it never is!

Until Black America says "we will not support thugs like these guys!" they will be "lumped in." Reality is when a white thug has something bad happen white America says "GOOD!" When a black thug has something happen black America says "DEFUND THE POLICE!"

And that is why things are as they are.

If discrimination isn't a big deal to you, then the correct response is not to speak up when a minority unfairly gets a job over a white person or some other unfair advantage.

If it's not important then you would be ignoring it, not pointing it out.
