That dont mean jack
We can test into the gazillions and its a totally meaningless stat
Who cares
Number of deaths is the meaningful statistic.
Looking at that stat, the USA has the worst response on the planet. Its not even close

You should really pay more attention TP. US is 11th in the world per capita in deaths. There are 2 very small countries worse than them that we should probably throw out so call it 9th. This is even including all the deaths in New York and New Jersey that are clearly on them with their response with the seniors.

I am paying attention
11th from last place sucks
Sucks big time
Means most of the planet is doing better then the USA
Where are we, 180k?
Quarter million by Nov? That sucks. S Korea measures their dead in the hundreds.
Total Clusterf**k in this country.

The only really reasonable comparison is with Canada. Not sure why we have more than double their death rate.

Not sure how Africa missed this pandemic so completely. They usually get the worst of everything.

Geez, I don't even know what to say to a guy who can't even understand that a country of 330 million can't be compared to small countries that only have like 50 million. 🙄

Without scaling per capita, only four countries have more than 50K deaths

119,594 Brazil 212.80 million
62,713 India 1382.16 million
62,594 Mexico 129.15 million

Most of the other large countries have very low death rates
Deaths per 100K - population in millions (more than 100m)
0.3 China 1439.32
2.8 Pakistan 221.55
0.5 Nigeria 206.91
2.5 Bangladesh 164.95
1.0 Japan 126.41
0.7 Ethiopia 115.40
3.0 Philippines 109.81

It is quite interesting how those of European decent seem to be getting hit far worse than the rest of the world. A suspicious person might wonder if it is possible to make a designer virus.

South Korea is seeing a surge in new cases. Sixteen consecutive days of triple digit increases.

"The spike in cases has depleted hospital facilities, with the health ministry reporting that just 4.5% of beds in greater Seoul were available for critical cases as of Friday, down from 22% a week earlier."

Because we are over-counting deaths. We are paying a bonus for them.
