I believe you can still shoot to protect property in Texas, for instance if your car is being stolen, but not sure if even there you can shoot people to protect other's people's property.

Let me make it simple for you. I do not care when thugs who attack and rob get killed when they are robbing and attacking. I do not defend such thugs. Too many in our society care more for them then the law abiding.

So, just like I said, he was in likely in an idiot altercation with someone else for which he at 17 is about as trained as a banana to handle properly.

He is probably better trained than most adults. Kid is not some usual 17 year old goof. That he was able to take out several thugs so fast shows he is trained to use a firearm.

I noticed that too. It says he is 165 pounds but he doesn't look that heavy. I am 165 pounds and 5'10" and it looks to me like we have the same build.
