Sequoia is high on my list for when I feel it's safe to travel again. I have had personal circumstances that have prevented me from traveling for several years. Those circumstances have changed, but now Covid stands in the way.

I got another stimulus letter, but not really sure if it is about the last one sent out. You should see it in 7 days sort of thing.

No matter either way, but I also cringe a bit when I see an IRS return address come in the mail. I don't worry so much about owing something I didn't pay, but maybe it's some awful mistake, or someone stole my identity, and I'm getting stuck with their tax bill.

i got that letter too. Obviously I open and read everything from the iRS. I believe it was referring to the stimulus that most of us got early in the year.

You can freeze your credit report for free, to prevent identity theft by calling the three credit bureaus.

You can also do it online.

Equifax: Freeze Your Equifax Credit Report, 1-800-685-1111 (for New York residents, 1-800-349-9960)
Experian: Freeze Your Experian Credit Report, 1-888-397-3742.
TransUnion: Freeze Your TransUnion Credit Report, 1-888-909-8872.

You can easily unfreeze it for as long as you wish. Either online or by telephone.

If you do not hassle of a full freeze you can do an "Initial Fraud Alert" which will tell any lender to call your phone to confirm things. Lasts a year IIRC.
