There are no indications of anger among the Swedish population at the government's decision. I have not heard of one political attack over the decision. Despite the high death rates in May, Sweden is still ranking #6 of major countries in the world in deaths per million people.

COVID deaths per million people
808.3 Belgium
580.0 Spain
552.1 UK
546.9 Italy
438.2 France
418.1 Sweden
342.7 Netherlands
330.7 Ireland
308.6 USA
...
101.9 Germany
97.6 Denmark

If Sweden eventually passes Spain there may be some political ramifications. It is unlikely to pass Belgium as they are using a different criteria to declare Coronavirus deaths than the rest of the world.

Do you know if there is a break down in the Swedish example by age, and ethnicity?

https://www.thelocal.se/20200427/sweden-publishes-new-statistics-on-coronavirus-death-toll
There is the usual observation that older people in Sweden are more likely to be infected and die.

But in general the two countries with the oldest median age were not severely affected. Europe is the oldest continent on Earth, but there is not a strong correlation between age and COVID death rate in Europe

Don’t forget to inject disinfectant or stick a UV flashlight up your bum! I’m hearing that can be just as effective.

Way too funny.

There is one for hand washing.

Those populations with the worst personal hygiene have the highest infection and mortality rates.

Belgium, France, Italy and Spain are paying the price.

85% of Portugese wash their hands after using the toilet. Portugal has half the rate of infections and less than half the mortality rate of those nations.

Try riding a public bus in Rome
in August. (I did) The smell of
unwashed bodies is so gagging
you'll hang your head out the
window if you can get it open.

I remember as a kid a news report saying France was among the worst personal hygiene in Western Europe. This was early 1980s, said the average French used just 4 bars of soap a year.

Part of it is the garlic they consume,
in Italy anyway. Get them sweating and
the smell oozes out of their
skin. In 1990 I went to food auctions
and bought gallons of minced garlic.
Soon nobody would go near me
because I stank of garlic. Imagine
eating it everyday your whole life.

https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2020/05/26/the-campaign-against-hcq/

" Studies of HCQ’s effectiveness, such as the VA one and apparently the more recent one reported in The Lancet, are limited to later stage hospitalized patients and seem to exclude the essential zinc component of the HCQ treatment. In other words, the studies seem to be designed to exclude from official approval the treatment that doctors have found most effective. It is not easy for a layperson to know what the studies actually say as the media report the studies in an anti-Trump manner. "

"It is difficult to avoid the conclusion that HCQ/zinc is being sidelined in order to clear the way for a profitable vaccine and a vaccination mandate. But the vaccines are not panning out. The Moderna vax touted by Bill Gates and Dr. Fauci caused severe illnesses in one-fifth of the test recipients.
