So simple so good. I made waffles by taking a slice of bread and dipping it an egg white French toast mixture and cooking it in the waffle maker. Topped it with fthree sunny side up eggs and a spinach omelette made with what was left of the French toast egg white mixture.

I eat this exact same thing everyday for lunch. Avocado hard boiled egg salad with walnuts and almonds and celery. Sardines and hot sauce on toast. As far as flavor goes best meal of the day. The coarse ground pink salt really makes the avocado salad stand out.

Chicken parmesan. Made my own marinara sauce. Took the sandwich and dipped it into the red sauce and oh my dear God did I hit a homerun. Best marinara sauce I've ever made. I hope I can remember how to make it next time because this stuff was fantastic.

I had a bowl of Chicken & Gnocchi soup from Olive Garden and it was much better than I expected. Tomorrow is martini's and Butter Cake.

Pate always looks disgusting, it's baby food. All the ingredients are pureed into the consistency of baby food. Tastes good though.

Stir fry with turnips instead of potatoes, onions green pepper deli ham celery spinach and an egg. I made some of that sauce somebody suggested mixing hot sauce with ketchup and used it on this and it was really good.

what oil do you use when you stir fry, and what heat setting?

I'm trying to convince my wife to stir fry stuff but she balks due to necessary prep work.
