On the stove. I use a cooking thermometer. Candy thermo, meat thermo, call it what you like. Has to be 350 degrees. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Do you make your own fishcakes from scratch? Pollock? Cod? Haddock? Are they full pieces or minced? Looks great! |
