Seeing those photos, I'm guessing arterial plaque is your main ingredient.

"After comparing people with the highest carbohydrate consumption to those with the lowest, the researchers found a 32% higher risk of premature death among those who ate low-carb diets."

"Together, those studies found people with low-carbohydrate diets experienced 15%, 13%, and 8% increased risk of death from heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, and cancer, respectively."

LOLOLOLOLOL!!! A study out of Poland,
by vegetarians? Did you see the last
sentence? Plant based protein is the
way to go. Again, LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!

There have been hundreds of these
type of articles out there for 40 years.
Paid for by Big Sugar, Big Flour, Big
Pharm, the vegetarian lobby, about
how low carb will kill you in your bed.
If you want the truth about low carb,
it's out there, but find it on your own,
I'm not wising you up.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

My dinner consists of two pop tarts and a handful of Pringles. Hopefully they will soak up the alcohol.

Bob.... that looks like fake cheese.... is it just the picture? I mean, you don't use 'pasteurized processed cheese food', do you?

“fake” cheese definitely has its place
