Fry up pork cutlets after you've pounded them super thin. Pour out the fat in the pan and add 1/2 cup malt vinegar and cook another minute on each side. I was totally surprised, it was more sweet tasting than sour. A sweet and sour umami flavor, really good. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
