I know someone who reacts to MSG, he gets that 'flushing, sweating' thing. He too has never called 911, but does find it unsettling.

Bob finds it unsettling to think what he likes is not to be praised and worshiped by all.

I find it unsettling that so many
people are incapable of moving
on from proven wrong hysteria.
There are still scads of people
who won't eat pork that's pink
in the middle even though the
FDA has officially said it's harmless.
Muslims won't eat it at all because
some ignoramous banned it
in the Koran.

Great thing about chicken soup, using
a stick blender I can make cream of
chicken soup the next day. Fished out
all the chicken pieces, pureed the
soup, added shredded cheddar and
sour cream and ricotta cheese and
put the chicken back in.

Made the roast pork loin with.. .. ..

I gots The Gout, but I still am grateful to MoW for their pork loin on rice.
The meal is free, the Allopurinol costs me six dollars.
Still, its better than having to look at, much less eat, anything that I try to cook.

the bird ready to eat; might have a better photo later, someone else took a picture and is supposed to send it, this one is blurry

this scenario has happened around half a dozen times sense I began hunting turkeys, and was repeated again:

guests who had never eaten wild turkey are trying it for the first time. They are amazed that it tastes so good! ... and confess they had actually been expecting the worst beforehand
