Heading to court this morning to try to get the Judge to reconsider an inconceivable decision she made - one of the attorneys, apparently, is a Muslim and emailed the Court saying he cannot appear because of some Muslim holiday today - in his email, he references that everyone should be aware that today is a Muslim holiday and that he is not going to appear in Court

So, who wants to take action that the judge will excuse his appearance and claim we were "insensitive" for seeking to file a motion on this Muslim holiday we were supposed to know about?

PS--he also, without knowing what the motion is regarding or even seeing the motion, alleged that it would not be in compliance with a certain procedural law -- the kicker is -- the procedural law he cites does not apply at all to our motion -- I love the "throw everything against the wall and see what sticks" strategy
