Innocent until proven guilty.
You guys have said it often enough.
It isn't a crime until someone has been convicted.

So if I steal your car and do not get arrested no crime has been committed?

I think so, but the way you conservatives have answered questions on this forum before, I am not so sure that you think so.

If I rob a bank I've committed
a crime if I get caught or not.
The court system and the crime
have little to do with each other.
Lots of innocent people sitting
in jail.

An indictment is required for a crime? When did this happen?

If we're talking accusing a particular person we need more than a crime scene. Yup. Even arresting people doesn't mean they committed the crime. Plenty of people are arrested and released. And they go home with no record of a crime at all.
You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really?

With 99% now reporting Mayor Pete takes the lead, gaining an additional delegate, putting him at 13 secured.
Sanders has 12.
Warren has 8.
Biden managed to get 6.
Klobuchat has 1.
Everyone else has 0.

This *should* be the final result with all delegates committed I I beleive.

It seems it is going to be a race between Mayor Pete and Bernie.
Bernie is certainly winning the progressive spectrum of the party.
Mayor Pete appealing to more moderate leaning liberals.
It will be interesting to see how other states play out in the coming weeks.

New Hampshire is coming up next week (11FEB2020) and Neveda later this month. But, March 3rd will be the critical day (Super Tuesday).

I predict Bernie will win NH because of it's more progressive leanings (and his local connections being so close to his home state). Neveda, I have no idea. And, so far, once again all of the election odds and predictions have been way off, so I dont think anyone does. But, I think Mayor Pete will do well in modern midwest and some eastern states (maybe even some of the Southeast).

Bernie will probably win easily some of the more progressive states (though him and Warren will be stealing votes from each other which may work in Pete's favor if they both stay in for the long haul). I think Pete has a good chance with his connections, strong lead, and the fact that his two biggest threats are basically siphoning votes from each other keeping him bolstered up.

I find this rather interesting, but the betting odds at 5dimes show no big favorite in for the 2020 Democratic nominee. Here are the top 11 candidates and their approximate chances of winning, based on the betting market.

Name Chances
Kamala Harris 11.8%
Joe Biden 10.3%
Bernie Sanders 10.3%
Elizabeth Warren 9.0%
Gavin Newsom 8.5%
Robert O'Rourke 7.0%
Joe Kennedy III 5.1%
Kirsten Gillibrand 5.1%
Oprah Winfrey 4.8%
Thomas Sayer 4.5%
Cory Booker 4.0%

If you're wondering who Kamala Harris, she is the junior senator from California, who took over Barbara Boxer's seat. I can't say that I know anything about her at this point, except she might be the most attractive member of the Senate.

The question for the poll is who do you think will be the Democratic Nominee in 2020?

I find it ironic that the number one has dropped out.

And, the current front runner is not even on the graph or the poll.
And, the number 2 (Biden) is way behind.

It just shows that election odds are far from an exact science.

I just noticed this when I was about to make a comment about why Mayor Pete is not included on the poll, it's been so long since I read the OP....

But, well, things have changed in the last 4 months........

I think Bernie keeps getting momentum as the Democrats repeat 1972. They self destructed this week. They of course can repair he damage but I see Trump’s SOTU making them crazy for some time putting them in the wrong side of most every issue. The Squad will lead the charge.

Biden went from front runner favorite to mid pack. Warren is just another socialist but her Indian games are likely hurting her big. Easier to vote for the bigger socialist without that.

Let the circus continue.

Naw. ButtCrack is a flash in the
pan, I've said from the start
it's Crazy Commie Bernie all the
way. He has huge grassroots
support and sells out all his
rallies. No other Dem is even
close to that. They only way
it's not Bernie is if the DNC
finds a way to screw him, they
know he has zero chance of
beating Trump.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Do you think your posts disappear immediately after you post them or something?

You said Michael Avenatti would be the nominee.

You said Hillary would be the nominee.

You certainly never said it would be Bernie from the start. lol
