Someone's son can be legally working for a foreign country even though it could be unethical. One can hire someone to dig up dirt on someone, but you can't use the justice department to do it for your own personal gain. Oh good. Then you're not pretending you get to equate unethical behavior with illegal behavior. They're both bad, but one is actually prosecutable.
You could just as well as say, I commit illegal offenses against my neighbor, because he commits unethical offenses against me. You're the one who goes to jail, or gets charged.
