Ella Fitzgerald ... I've listened to some of her performances on youtubr.
Bette Midler... Hasty Pudding award ceremony: she twirled and tv stations didn't realize it was a no underwear situation.
Linda Ronstadt ...one of my favorites too
Barbra Streisand...No way. Never liked her as an actress, don't care for her politics.
Karen Carpenter...nice voice, nice songs but I associate her name with her death from an infection and it saddens me.
Whitney Houston ...after 'the bodyguard' I think only of that role.
