I think Manchin is the only possibility left.

And Manchin announces he’ll vote to convict.

https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-news/greed-and-debt-the-true-story-of-mitt-romney-and-bain-capital-183291/

"He’s Gordon Gekko, but a new and improved version, with better PR – and a bigger goal. A takeover artist all his life, Romney is now trying to take over America itself. And if his own history is any guide, we’ll all end up paying for the acquisition."

I remember reading this article and others like it during Romney's presidential room. I haven't been surprised by Romney at any point...so his vote was no shocker. I am not really upset by it.

I am a little surprised, though not shocked, that every Democrat voted for the weaker of the two articles because it truly spoke to the poor work of the House in the process.

What will their next move be?

Already calls from nutcases like Don Jr. to expel Mitt from the GOP.

And to think, our righties kept asking why the impeachment wasn’t “bipartisan” over and over. Well, there’s your answer. They try to kick you out of the party if you do what’s right.

Gotta agree. Feel free to criticize Mitt’s motives. Feel free to criticize his decision making ability. But support each Senator’s right to evaluate the evidence individually. There were 100 jurors, not one 47 point juror and one 53 point juror.

Will any Dems vote for acquittal? If so, his acquittal will be bipartisan. If not......

A few Dems voted not to Impeach him in the first place.

In the eyes of the majority of the people, he has been found guilty-but-not-punished.

No crime, no punishment. Name
the crime he committed. You can't
and neither could the House.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.
