The President is forced to the bunker when the Secret Service says so. He was taken there one night, but not last night. I'm sure you know that but ignored it to make your statement. He has also spoken against the violence. The next step may be sending in the troops, but I don't know how that action will be received. The first two lines of defense are the local and state governments. It does not appear that they are up to the job. Maybe they can't arrest everybody, but they could isolate an incident, arrest people, and move to the next incident. Delay releases of people who are arrested and publish their names and hometowns. I read the article; there will always be critics of any action or inaction. 'We'll see how it all ends up. |

According to former SS agent Dan Bongino. a president has no say when it comes to safety issues. The SS makes all those decisions and the president will be bodily carried if he refuses an order. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
