By "gone" what do mean?

Ghost towns have been created since our beginning. That's the ultimate gone. At least on a local basis.

And as far as that goes, some people might actually be better off leaving their homes when a community has gone completely fubar, and no industry is available to support them and they watch out their windows for criminals every night.

In some circles it's code for "white, straight males are no longer absolutely dominant." Or it would if Trump's most enthusiastic supporters were honest and had a sense of proportion. So they also mean "white, straight males will be extinct soon," or more broadly "white people will cease to exist." So they prefer someone who will, upon assuming office, go pick a fight with a major trade partner, and then bankrupt the country to force its creditors to make a deal.

If someone can destroy America in 4 years, it's not Clinton.

It's a terrible video to make any sort of point. It's the sort of cheap theatrics beloved on both sides by a certain sort of 'commentator'.
