There's also an Airbus assembly plant in Alabama focused on the A320 family (ceo and neo). The parts for these planes are made, I assume, in various other countries all over the world. Now, doesn't this mean these foreign companies are stealing manufacturing slots from Boeing and Cessna? What's next? Will Bombardier set up in California? This is why America doesn't produce regional jets and is down to ONE major commercial airplane manufacturer. Are we supposed to just let this go on? And now the Japanese are testing their tiny jets here, and we let them! Maybe they'll want to make their dammed MRJs here, too! We should kick out all these foreigners right now! Question: do immigration debates sound this stupid? Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Jail the opposition. wow. Game over anyway, here is the clip from one of my all time favorite movies Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

I strongly disapprove of trying to jail political opponents over political matters, regardless of party affiliation. If there is actual malfeasance, then of course it ought to be prosecuted. But without politics involved in either the investigation or subsequent trial (if any). And keeping a sense of proportion. Bill Clinton's perjury in a civil lawsuit unrelated to his office, should never have gone to involve Congress in impeachment proceedings.
Great movie! And possibly the highest expression of the cinematographer's art. BTW another indicator to follow is the Mexican Peso. if it rises after a debate or a poll, it means Trump's chances just got worse. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Nate has a Clinton landslide in play wow And instead of trying to unite his party He is throwing republicans under the bus About 15% of Republican Govs, Senators and Reps don't support Trump A smart loyal republican Presidential candidate would ignore this or try to win that 15% Instead he is throwing the party under the bus and The base is cheering him on, on this wow I think a lot of this is due to the unreasonable hate on the right. Breibart, Rush ect painting the left as not the loyal patriotic opposition, but actually evil, and their audience is drinking that kool-aid. 8 years ago, the right was telling its voters this is the most important election ever. Republicans don't win, America as you know it is destroyed. Yet not much changes 4 years ago, the right was telling its voters this is the most important election ever. Republicans don't win, America as you know it is destroyed Yet not much changes Same thing again this cycle. the right was telling its voters this is the most important election ever. Republicans don't win, America as you know it is destroyed And so the base is so furious at those 15% that don't support Trump, they cheer Trump trying to punish that 15% overall hurting their own party. wow Sometimes we live no particular way but our own - Grateful Dead "Eyes of the World" |

It's mind-blowing. In a food fight between Trump & Congressional Republicans, Rush Limbaugh is taking Trump's side! Rush is going to bat for a man who has been a registered Democrat for 25 of the past 30 years?!? None of this makes any sense. How does losing control of the Senate & House help the conservative cause? The sales pitch for voting for Trump is control of the Supreme Court, which is a moot point without power in the Senate. Even if they lose seats in 2016 but regain them in 2018 or 2020, the Dems will have more experience for legislative maneuvers. The GOP is committing suicide. It's really really weird. |

I've two equally unlikely hypotheses: 1) Trump is a Democratic party plant. And slightly less unlikely: 2) Trump and the GOP base are from Bizarro World.
Not directly. But if Trump in a fit of vanity sets up a party of his own and takes the alt-right with him, that would definitely help the GOP in the future. If he could take the religious wingnuts as well, the GOP would become a pretty good party.
If Trump could win, chances are the Senate would stay in Republican hands. Even if not, no matter how much one party dominates the Senate, it cannot hold off on confirming justices to the Court indefinitely As it is, with a majority in the Senate, Clinton will fill some vacancies. Not the current one, as I'm sure on Nov. 9th the current Senate will rush through Obama's pick. The court could become unbalanced for a while. Which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for some cases, but would be for others. Seeing that several LGBT rights cases are winding up to the Supreme Court as we speak, a Clinton victory almost assures good law in the coming 4 years. An that will be the GOP's rallying cry next cycle. Unless the evangelicals leave with Trump, and maybe not even then. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

Thus far the biggest recent disasters happened under the watch of the GOP. Granted the Great Recession had many parent, it's not as though the GOP while in control of Congress and the White House did anything to prevent it or ameliorate it, until things blew up. As for the misguided war in Iraq, that was all Bush. If you don't like Oabamacare, and many don't, thank the GOP for tis part in doing absolutely nothing on healthcare when they had the chance. It's typical for the Republicans to do little domestically while in power, and to criticize the democrats when they do something. They come across as obstructionists, waving only tax cuts as a magic wand that will somehow fix everything. Clinton is likely not going to be a good president, but thanks to the GOP "base," she is going to be president. Good job. Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

I've seen it lately. It's not "just about gone." That's just silly talk. Maybe AZ has some extra room in his bunker and you two can join forces while the rest of America keeps on keeping on? “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |
