I think this is related to economic condition rather then being a minority.

Possibly but a LV cab driver who used to blog as he drove had the same opinion and even encountered one black woman who proudly proclaimed as she got out of his cab, "I never pay for cabs". NOTE: In Vegas Metro area a cabbie CAN keep his doors locked while you are inside his cab and need not unlock them until you have paid the indicated fare.

For some reason many blacks are very
scam oriented. It's seems their goal
in life is to get one over on you. The
only way you can know this is to
actually deal with them for years. It's
why cops laugh at profiling. Of course

It's not just American blacks. There was
a guy I worked with in a factory in the
early 70's. He was raised till he was 19
in Kenya by missionary parents. He
said African blacks are no different.
Always scamming each other, always
to trying to put one over on somebody.
I would get black women in my cab that
were nice and would ask them why so
many black men date white women.
I always got the same answer, always.
It's because white women are stupid,
they said. They believe and trust what
a black man tells them, and a black
woman never does. She's knows her
man is always up to no good if you let
him get away with it. It's amazing what
you find out in the real world when you
actually live there.

Thousands on employees scammed the public
Are the majority of Wells Fargo employee scammers Black? Mostly minority?

You have to realize, some people never figuratively leave the suburbs or college campus.

I hear what you are saying totally. Seen it happen. Of course a liberal will say if we have not surveyed every last minority then it cannot be true.
