If you have Amazon Prime, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel is excellent. Midge Maisel has the perfect Upper West Side life, then everything falls apart and she finds herself almost accidentally trying stand up comedy, discovers she likes it and is good at it.

I'll look at it tonight. Waiting for the next
season of Mozart on Prime..

Hehe, I was thinking, "Everyone would probably like this, except maybe Bob wouldn't..."

But really, give it a shot, if you don't like it you can turn it off. Nothing lost but 45 minutes.

I don't get shipping, I subscribe to videos only.

Apparently it sucks, which is why Paramount may have decided to sell it off to Netflix...

The Frankenstein Chronicles, builds kind of slow, but a fairly big finish. I would call it "intellectual horror" genre.

The show is lovingly put together with a vivid images of 1827 London. The true historical bits are very accurate and "The Anatomy Act" was a big political issue of the day.

Mary Shelley was age 16 when she began her romance with Shelley, who was already married. They married in late 1816, after the suicide of Percy Shelley's first wife, Harriet. May started writing the story when she was 18, and the first edition of the novel was published anonymously in London on 1 January 1818, when she was 20. Her name first appeared on the second edition, published in France in 1823. Percy Shelley drowned in 1822.

Read the reviews, too dark and slow and
macabre for my taste.
