There is a 6 bedroom 7 bath house next door for $15 million  It is difficult to know why a 7 bedroom, 13 bath house is worth $32 million Is the extra bedroom worth a million dollars? The extra wading pool? How much for the extra half baths? Of course, there is an 8 bedroom 21 bath house across the street going for $78 million.  |

My first wife was 8 years older than me. Current wife is 10 years younger. It was a great trade. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

That estate was listed for $59 million a few years ago and reduced to $39 million. I have to believe that the only way it is worth that much money is if they can develop multiple homes on the 300 acres. That is a nice looking house, but not a $40 million house. |

That is only $130,000 an acre. My home sits on a little less than a 1/4 acre and would be valued at over $2 million dollars an acre. $130,000 an acre sounds like a steal to me. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

I said it does not seem overvalued if the land is available for development. Even a modest urban area land sells for at least $130K an acre, but I am willing to bet his land is not zoned for development. |
