Thanks for illustrating the problem. You and everyone are assuming something that is not true. Look into it deeper. If #of guns = # of killings then the .5X # of guns should equal .5 X # of kilings. And anyone can freely cross into those cities with no threat of inspection or penalty. But I know you are just being obtuse. You want a real comparison between the gun control laws of a city and a country, inspect everything going in and out, or expand the laws nationwide and confiscate whatever it is that they have deemed illegal.
