At the time Nike employees [70's] were earning 14 dollars per hour and their top of the line athletic shoes cost 40 bucks. Then they left America for good. Years later, maybe the 90's?, Nike employees are making 3 dollars per day in China and Michael Jordan makes more money from being the face of Nike than all of their employees combined, and their high end running shoes cost in the hundreds. So fo Nike, forever. They can put any face they want on it. Come to think of it, I'm glad they have Colin. The last official act of any government is to loot the treasury. GW |
