New Yorkers are stupid for choosing Andrew Cuomo over Jeanine Pirro back in '06.

The People's Republic of New York must be trying to give the People's Republic of California a run for their money to be the dumbest state in the union.

Obama announces 275 US troops will be sent to Iraq

Thank you, LIV's. Your president now supports sending troops to Iraq after he was against it.

IRS tells Congress 6 more emails missing in tea party probe

This is getting ridiculous, but nothing will happen unless the American people wake up. Unfortunately, with so many LIV's out there, that may never happen.

What is worse is how the media is mostly ignoring it.

It has been some time since a POTUS has had a string of bad news like we have had in 2014, and all signs are it will keep getting worse. For all that is going on, Obama's concern seems to be "climate change." Talk about fiddling while Rome burns.

George Will reminded us yesterday that the
second article of impeachment against Nixon
was that he illegally used the IRS against his
opponents. That's a high crime, apparently.
These emails had to disappear.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

They will not be found. Things will limp along and a few high-ups will get to be guests of the government. The media will stop at nothing to protect the Obama legacy, thought at the rate it is going things will be in more and more dire straits by year end.

If the economy shrinks in Q2 will Obama blame the weather again?

Justice Sweeney reminded the jury of the allegations against Harris and said one of the key factors for the prosecution's case was that there was "no reason for so many to lie for no apparent reason". He added: "The defence has relied on the defendant's good character and insisted he did not commit any of the offences alleged. "He accepts that he had sexual contact with (alleged victim) and he asserts that it did not begin until she was 18 years old and was consensual throughout. "He says that (victim) in count one is mistaken or lying and that the remainder are lying too." The judge detailed how the prosecution insisted the alleged attacks were all similar beginning with the women meeting the famous entertainer, being given bear hugs, unable to escape, and then assaulted. He also described how the defence had insisted there was no pattern in the allegations and the jury should not draw any conclusion from the fact that Harris "walked from the dock to give evidence".

Wow, if that is how the Judge sums up the case and comments upon the evidence, there is hardly a need for a prosecutor anymore. This was the last in the historical rape charges brought against famous men with the assistance of the London Metropolitan Police as an outgrown of the phone hacking, Seville, etc. scandals. ALL such charges so far have resulted in Not Guilty verdicts but with a Judge like Sweeney, the jurors had better have courage otherwise we should all go out and buy copies of Tie Me Kangaroo Down, Sport.

Thanks, Obama!

Canada building a pipeline to export oil to Asia, due to the fact that Obama can't approve a simple pipeline in less than 8 years.

Really, really have to suspend my disbelief to think that emails disappear as claimed. PST not backed up? Lame. Nothing on the server? No archive policy? No senders/recipients in the thread? WTF were they, emails to herself? Geez.

These folks need a new IT guy!!

"On Tuesday, two key lawmakers said the IRS has also lost emails from six additional IRS workers whose computers crashed. Among them was Nikole Flax, who was chief of staff to Lerner's boss, then-deputy commissioner Steven Miller."

http://www.startribune.com/politics/national/263487651.html

They aren't merely missing six emails (as the headline Beethoven used indicates), they are missing the emails of six more workers! The amount of disbelief that needs to be suspended to think that this is all a coincidence and that we should accept the "there is nothing to see here folks, please move along" attitude of this President and those who work with him is MORE than it takes to think that Professional Wrestling is real!!

Seriously, my liberal friends, when is it time to step up to the plate and say enough is enough? I'm not accusing the President of doing anything (in fact, I am not sure what he does, but that is another subject) more than negligence. I am saying that there are some guilty of much worse things in organizations he is responsible for and that he has done as little as possible to take care of getting the problems fixed.

Emails don't just disappear...
