It's 6". 6' is Noah's Ark.

Yeah, I looked up the recent rainfall in S. Carolina with all the flooding, and at most 15 inches in a day. And that was up to the rooftops in some places.

6 feet would be epic, but I'm sure that was a misprint. If not, I imagine that's the last of the Philippines.

One of the Philippines poorest areas has low lying sparsely settled islands that are now of strategic importance since China is building artificial islands and increasing naval patrols in the area. The reason is oil/gas drilling. Suddenly this sort of stuff is important.

It looks like they are expecting 12 to 24 inches of rain, from english language local websites. Even in that nbc report they say locally 20-40 inches. No idea how they got 6 feet.

Perhaps its a surge estimate or an estimate of inland flooding based on the precipitation.

I guess this could be self-defense, but it seems pretty suspect. Hell I suppose I could justify gunning down quite a few dogs just on suspicion that they were threatening.

If it is true that the dogs were allowed to roam around in packs, all bets are off. Could be you'd have to shoot. The behavior of dogs in packs changes what they are.

Allowing it is third world stuff anyway.

No I didn't, thanks. I was reading something else and just got excited, as I have been hoping the prize would get taken back. I guess my source "got me"?
