Was not published in a climate propaganda piece? Who cares? They do not seem to be showing any errors, just whining that it is not in the media they prefer.

well at least they didn't use the term "deniers" which I find extremely offensive.

the "who, what, when, and where" that you're supposed to learn in journalism school is missing as usual. Who the hell is AFP? Why is it their job to hunt down skeptics? It seems to be the job of a lot of people.

There is no doubt that we humans have some impact on the climate.

Crippling our economy with stupid ideas implemented before they are cost efficient for the large majority of Americans is really doing nothing. They'll drive their gas cars until they fall apart and then buy another old one and repeat the cycle.

Real climate change will actually take work--let the great minds figure out solutions, more nuclear plants, drilling here, etc.

Even with that, if you don't get China and India to go along, we are doomed in the long run.

If we do it President Biden's way, we'll have more broke people, less than expected results, and will still be doomed.

Electing "skeptics" , sorry OG, denier is the right word for people who just plan to burn more fossil fuels because they claim it is a scam. That doesn't get us there.

I know there is a lot of brouhaha about electric causing more problems than it solves, but of some interest, several companies are now claiming they have battery technologies that reach full charge in under 10 minutes and as little as 6. We'll see. Also, at what cost. And what trade-offs.

Really, the proponents can't win. If they just sat around publishing climate change info without making any big deal, eventually, they will be hit with, "wait, why didn't you make a big deal about this." They would be blamed for not making a big deal soon enough.

Neither does reelecting someone who has little vision and puts out a plan to make people go broke while not really fixing anywhere near the whole of the problem.

I get what you are saying BUT it isn't like any long term good can happen without India and China coming along.

I guess you can be satisfied because he "has a plan" but lots of people have plans....
