I have done an 800 calorie liquid only diet before but only for a week or two at a time. If I was going to do a regular 800 calorie diet my main staple would be chicken breasts. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

| Nareed Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 346 Posts: 12545 | I made a coconut cottage cheesecake without added sugar, topped with sugar-free chocolate with peanut butter, coconut cream and shredded coconut. It was very nice except that I failed to notice the chocolate was mint flavored. I like mint with chocolate, but, it turns out, not with coconut. <sigh> I also made koshari again. I either need to add tomato sauce or double the amount of tomatoes I use to make my own sauce. Seeing as the latter is too much work, well, do the math... Oh, I can buy canned peeled and seeded tomatoes. But I've tried them before. They don't taste as good nor cook as well as fresh ones. Tomorrow I'm making chili Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

However, it was new to me... you know this more than one ingredient thing. And it did use up two of the onions. |

In the oven wouldn't be convenient but it would be well under 800 calories per day, leave you room for a couple bottles of booze. Those stove top elements are beyond easy to change out. | DRich Member since: Oct 24, 2012 Threads: 57 Posts: 5896 | I made scrambled eggs tonight and both eggs I opened were double yolks. I have never seen two that way. I would assume they were probably from the same chicken. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

I use onions every day. I buy 3 pound bags on sale and hang them in my root cellar like basement. I have 28 bags right now. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
