I just read some sources. It seems he ‘cheated’ on her while they were dating. That info seems credible. All the allegations of an extramarital affair do not seem credible.

Who can tell for sure what their level of ‘commitment’ was? Regardless, no one should care. Other than Michele.

Just heard interview with Glenn Ivey, Democrat committee member. I LOVED his answers. He refused to be baited into trashing Gaetz directly, letting the Committee report speak for itself. He gave reasonable answers on the ‘how’s’ and the ‘why’s’ on how the Committee works. He seems like a level headed guy that I hope ascends. I’m surprised this was the first time I had even heard of him.

The Ethics Committee, by design, does their work quietly and without drawing attention to itself or its members and is completely impartial. They also make recommendations for enforcing House rules. They themselves do not punish. That's the House's job and prerogative as a whole. If the committee does it's job right you'll never ever hear of an individual member as none of them are bomb throwers or limelight seekers, by design.
