He's hiring the worst and stupidist
Unlike JFK that looked to hire the best and brightest for his cabinet
I've lost hope and he's not even President yet

I get your point, but...

Things were going south under the democrats, and most Americans saw it, didn't like it, and voted for change.

Change WILL happen, like it or not.

Best to just kick back and watch it happen: what other choice have we got?

Who knows, we might become great again...but I doubt

No. Not for the guy in the cubicle at Geico. But yes for a cabinet level position. If you take that job he prepared to be all in. Buttigieg was not. The country was in the middle of big supply chain issues, and he was in the middle of changing diapers. Another example of Democrats being out of of touch with most Americans

I just looked at his Wikipedia page
I'm pretty impressed
Top of his high school class
Harvard, at the top there
Oxford, top of the class with a degree in economics
Worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Co
Very impressive list of clients.
One interesting fact. Working for Mckinsey he had to take business trips to Iraq and Afghanistan which he never talks about.
Intelligence officer in the reserves. Served in Afghanistan. Various interesting duties such as terrorist financing disruption and other jobs
Got into politics and became mayor of South Bend. One of the biggest issues for cities is traffic and transportation and South Bend is no different

Check out Wikipedia and learn about people you dismiss simply because they are dems
I'm quite impressed with the guy

OK
Which cabinet member of Bidens sucked and what decisions did they make that you thought was wrong.

Oh, the issue isn't what I thought was wrong: it's what the majority felt was out of whack.

The border.

Draconian "take the jab" policy.

Incorporating progressive policies.

Offering up a black woman as candidate was the final straw for most Americans: we had founding fathers, not mothers.

It's a man's world.

Or is it?

One of my least favorite politicians. I am thinking (hoping?) he doesn’t get Senate confirmation. If he does, this will be confirmation for my libbie friends here that Trump has too much power. I have more faith that there are still some checks and balances that rein in a President’s power. We just need 4 Repubs that are not afraid of Trump’s shadow to vote NO. ( I think Senate is 53-47?)

I’m not as worried about Hegseth or Gabbard. His ‘lack of experience’ is less important than just being intelligent. I think most of these jobs are more ‘where do we want to go’ than exactly ‘the nuts and bolts of ‘how to get there’. Gabbard has the experience, but she may be too ‘conspiracy’ minded to do a good job. I’m willing to give her a chance.

None of the picks are as foolish as putting the Mayor of a small Indiana town in charge of ‘Transportation’, with his ‘qualification’ being he’s a gay male needing to take time off for his baby.

That being said, I think I (or Wiz, or UnJon, or Rx, or RonC, to name a few) could do the job of these Cabinet appointments. It’s more about just being bright enough to take advice from the right people.

I’m loving Musk as an outsider. I think he will knock it out of the park.
Gaetz will get the gig, confirmation or sidestep.

Checks and balances.... ROTFLMAO

Meanwhile...

My friend, OD, you are becoming ANNOYING! You do realize we had an election, and the PEOPLE have chosen to elect Trump. And we won’t have to listen to the bullshit excuse ‘but he lost the popular vote’. And the PEOPLE decided to oust enough Democrat Senators to give the Republicans easy control of that body. And the PEOPLE voted in more Republicans than Democrats to the House. The PEOPLE, by way of VOTING, have chosen the Republican platform resoundingly over the Democrat platform. And have given them power BY WAY OF AN ELECTION

You jokingly say ‘King Drumph’. Childish and rude. When you actually have an unelected King and sing ‘God Save the Queen’ as your country’s anthem!

So in summary….. get over it!
Annoying? GOOD :)
Your people have indeed voted. You (plural) own this sh1t show.

I didn't rate Kamala or the Dems either !

I don't pay homage to our King, either. Heck. I've not much good to say about our PM or our democracy.

You seem too unhappy about everything political. Take it for the entertainment it is. And always with much less effect on your daily life than you think. Golfing for 6th straight day tomorrow, whether or not Gaetz gets confirmed. Walking my dog at halftime of the football game, regardless of whether RFK Jr. gets confirmed. Buying more furniture tomorrow, whether or not Gabbard gets confirmed.

Sure local politics can effect our lives a lot more then national politics.
On the flip side , lives are at stake with a vaccine skeptic making decisions that can effect millions. RFK jr is convinced vaccines cause autism. He thinks vaccines are dangerous

My point is had Harris won and started appointing ‘normal’ people other cabinet I’d be playing golf, walking my dog, and buying furniture.

So RFK Jr.is a doofus. I assume you will just ignore his medical advice, and do what you think is best for yourself. That’s my plan.

Wow
From a Dr that doesn't give a crap an anti vaccine nut is in charge health policy in the country. Who cares if uses his power to limit the vaccines in this country that can lead to more deaths. Who cares if he uses his pulpit to convince dumb people not to get vaccinated
The Dr has plenty of money to take care of himself so who cares if more people die.
