No one knows the true crime stats. Agencies have a history of deliberately under reporting their stats, or re-defining crimes to make their cities appear safer than they are.

Most of those 570 agencies are probably from Democrat run cities and towns faking their numbers for the 2026 elections.

California and PA have a history of under reporting crime stats.

For example, Washington DC reported violent crime there in 2024 was down 25%?

In NYS, having sexual relations with a woman who is too intoxicated to consent is not considered rape.

I don't think having sex while drunk should be considered rape. I mean, probably at least 40% of my sexual encounters occur after I have had at least a couple drinks, so if having any alcohol in your system classifies it as rape, I would have been raped dozens of times.

What if both parties are drunk, are they both victims and rapists? Or, then do you have to measure BAC and see who is more drunk and they are the victim?

I just don't see how a law that says you can't consent with alcohol in your system is enforceable in any kind of fair way.

And, that is just alcohol, now factor drugs (legal and illegal,) that change your mental ability. If you regularly take painkillers can you consent? If you are prescribed benzos at night, can you have sex after taking them?

Well, just about every one-night stand from a bar scene is where at least one person is drinking.

Many of the actual cases I've read about, are where one person is unconscious, alcohol for minors, or actual planning mentioned to get someone drunk to have sex with them., or someone wanted it to stop after they started and the person didn't. In my opinion, I think it has to have other factors, though not sure in all states.

What level of intoxication would define too drunk to consent in your view?

And, what other drugs would come into play?

Edit: forcing yourself on a sober woman is rape too. Forcing yourself on any woman is a lack of consent. And, short of some very narrow exceptions (like pre-aranged rape roleplay,) this is never okay. You don't need to input BAC calculations to work this out.
