Funny I never hear you give a legal argument for why you think their rulings are bad. "TRUMP BAD MAN" is not a legal argument.

Nor is the fact that you believe Separate But Equal should never have been overturned.

Meanwhile the most liberal judge said "Trump is taking a chainsaw to cuts" or something like that in her written decision. Like you I do not have formal legal training, but I am pretty sure not liking what the POTUS is doing is constitutionally a basis for a decision.

Two words: "stare decisis."

One word: "precedent."

I'll admit my grasp of the workings of the USSC is weak, given we paid scant attention to that issue in law school, and it never came up in my 40 years of practice: it's a political as opposed to a legal issue so far as I am concerned, and politics doesn't really concern me that much.

Oh sure, I love to voice my opinion but at the end of the day "it don't mean nothin' " to me and mine as we are well entrenched, armed to the teeth, and financially secure.

What, me worry?
