I'm not the idiot here. And I told you, I do not know Thomas' legal rationale for wanting to overturn. Thomas bases such statements on legal reasoning, not on "feelings" or political motivations, unlike many liberal judges out there.

Speaking of Thomas, Trump is probably going to get to select two more Supreme Court judges. Thomas is going to retire, and another really old one in the next 3 years. That'll be five judges that Trump picked. The one dei judge that Joe Biden picked is probably the worst judge in the history of the Court. She's a full-blown idiot who doesn't understand almost anything about the Constitution. The other judges constantly correct her which is something we don't normally see on the court. I've heard that several of the judges can't stand to be in the same room with her she's so ignorant.

She doesn't know what a woman is, how can she rule? Did you see that recent case where her opinion said Trump was cutting too much? No law, just politics. Another DEI hire.
