Generally speaking, when a foreign third-party private firm is debasing our currency, most asset prices rise.

Looks like Trump is ready to clean up DC meaning the street problems in that city. If he can be half as effective as he has been on the border this will be amazing. Maybe tourists can have an enjoyable time there.
