I've never said that. But, it's also not what is happening here (at least not yet.) If Trump carries through with his threats and charges him (or even deports him as is being suggested now,) that would be lawfare. |

Yes it is. I despise Elon, but he is a citizen now, you can't deport citizens because they may donate money to a political opponent and said mean thing about you... This isn't even a crime this is simply deporting somebody because you don't like them... Elon may have broken laws coming here (almost certainly did,) and may have lied on paperwork, but as far as I know (maybe one of our lawyers can chime in,) citizenship cannot be revoked after issuance for paperwork errors years ago, he got away with it, and is now a citizen. And, you can't deport citizens. |

I agree. Many have tried. Most have failed. The system is set up for two parties. In mymind, that means to be successful a "third" party would need to earn enough popular voter support to supplant one of the two major parties. Has happened before. |

More importantly, a jury of his peers in NYC heard it all and convicted him of multiple felonies. That you Trumpies disregard and dismiss this fact is ... troubling. |
