No, you're the one that cheers on the crime itself. If a judge sentences people for murders and one day gets charged and convicted with murdering someone himself. he needs to be sentanced also. Trump is a criminal.

If Trump is a criminal then where are the victims? His "crimes" are lawfare. However, the person you cheer on for bringing charges appears to herself be a crook. You are cheering on a criminal prosecutor. Kind of like the one you voted for last November so maybe a pattern with you.
