As usual you got it wrong. China is not going to take over the American companies, they might try and make the American companies sell out their assets and leave. But they won't because they make too much money for China. It's just an empty threat.

But that's not what you said. China hasn't claimed it's going to do anything other than forcing the casinos to sell their assets, you made the rest of it up. And China isn't going to do anything it's an empty threat because they would lose too much money if those casinos pulled out. Because their names would go with them and their management would go with them so the Chinese would be stuck with a bunch of empty buildings.
