But even if Sanchez shows up in person, she is not likely to speak to an agent. Field offices are no longer accepting walk-in appointments.

Elderly and disabled people — and those who care for them — are encountering a knot of bureaucratic hurdles and service disruptions after the Trump administration imposed a sweeping overhaul of the Social Security Administration system.

Total BS, fake news. I called Social Security just last week and it took me about 3 minutes to talk to a live person. I called them three or four months ago, same thing. Anytime I've ever called them I always get through. But she couldn't because it never happened.

3 min sounds like BS also. I called right now at 8:30 Eastern time, and the que is 21 minutes to talk to a live person.

There are hidden costs associated with the annual trading deficits, especially with China.

For about the last 25 years or so, I'd guess we lost about 100,000 factories.

Those lost factories needed labor and would have generated income for lower class citizens.

Instead, the loss generated income for the wealthiest.

And that's why billionaire Panicans don't want tariffs.

In short, this can crush China because it's more than annual deficits.

Totally depends on what day you call on, what time of day. 21 minutes isn't bad, she claims she never got through at all which is total BS. I've been calling social security for 11 or 12 years and I always get through 100% of the time.
