Well duh, that was a no-brainer. They also said that judges can't make decisions outside of their own jurisdiction. In other words a federal judge in Washington DC can't decide on a matter happening in Texas which is what happened. It has to be a Texas federal judge. They know this and they do it anyway.

While I loathe Donald Trump, the person, I do favor a few of his policies, e.g. get tough on illegal immigration.

I just read he suggests something I've said for years now, I.e. to solve the homeless problems round them up and force them off the streets and into a facility to address any mental / drug issues, and if they refuse jail them.

I'd rather build more jails than give unrepentant and uncooperative drug addicts a free ride.
