I don't know what Green shouted as that may matter. He didn't enter unlawfully, and no force was required to remove him. He could get charged for different offenses, depending on how much he did. But it didn't sound like he did anything else.

I think there were a gazillion crimes committed during the Jan 6 insurrection. As best I can tell the asshole Green didn’t commit a ‘crime’, but rather broke Congressional rules. It will be an easy one for him to be censured. It was an offense that 100% should lead to that. It will be interesting to hear the blather from any Democrat that votes against censure. ‘But MTG is rude’. ‘But Boebert is classless’.

Summary. Both the participants of Jan 6, and pretty much all Democrats, just plain suck.
