Translation: You are in favor of all the waste and just want a few meaningless cuts. You do not cut a giant tree with a scalpel.
You keep saying that is what you are. You keep claiming that is what you want. War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |

(SOOPOO'S wife being a dentist) I'm sure Musk could drill holes in the mouth though and leave a lot of problems. "Trumpsplain (def.) explaining absolute nonsense said by TRUMP. |

I say that I vote Libertarian and suggest that others do so also. I am not a Libertarian, per se: I simply think their notions of personal freedom are fairly sound, but I disagree with a lot of what they recommend. Fact is, I believe in very little, i.e. very little that is touted by a particular political party: I am an independent.
Musk paid a quarter of a billion to Trump for a seat at the table, for a chance to exercise power...and what has he gotten out of it so far? Him aligning politically with Herr Diktator and turning X into a conservative oracle has ended the love the liberals once felt for he and Tesla: Tesla sales are lower than last year, "the bloom is off the rose" and Tesla stock has completely cratered, costing him..what..a hundred billion or so? Things look even darker for Tesla given the orange oaf's decision (which I agree with, BTW) not to require all EV's by 2035 and to not fund a network of nationwide charging stations; yes, Donny is right on with "Drill, baby, drill." Maybe Elon willl make a few bucks with rockets: he's good at that. |

I fixed that for you. You're welcome. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I think you are not supposed to do it that way. But I LOVE the point EB is making here! As far as Musk not being qualified to root out the gobs of government waste he already has rooted out….. I think he’s about as qualified for such a position as you can be. He didn’t build a company making a few cars into a trillion dollar powerhouse by tolerating what the Democrat Party brings to the table. As with any HUGE sea change, of course I won’t agree with everything he does. But at least SOMEONE IS TRYING. NO one is denying the $59 MILLION in FEMA funds used to house illegals in NYC hotels. I’m still waiting for someone to explain to me that FEMA funds were meant for illegal alien housing. |

If anything Elon Musk is overqualified. Not only is he an extremely successful businessman most people don't know that he has a degree in economics from the Wharton School which is one of the most prestigious universities in the United states. If he's not qualified to do this then who in the hell would be. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Pretty funny stuff. :) Classic redistribution of assets from red to blue. For crazy stuff that's not required to live. Let them learn the hard way to save and work, etc. Eventually the blues will have to raise their taxes and the reds can lower their taxes. It can cause a shift in quality of life. Let them clean out their own sewers. ---------------------- 14 Democrat State Attorneys General Sue Trump, DOGE, Claim Musk Operating with Unchecked Power – White House Responds https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/02/14-democrat-state-attorneys-general-sue-trump-doge/ ----------------------- |

Where are all the liberals who screamed about "Jan 6" and will they come out against one of their own calling for an insurrection? War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength |
