I applaud him for having a tougher border policy, and I am not against the idea of trying to streamline government, but doing it right would require a scalpel, not a chain saw.

But no, I don't favor tariffs as they just add to inflation and solve nothing which could not be achieved via alternate methods; I do not favor him appeasing Putin and throwing Ukraine under the bus; and I certainly do not favor increasing the national debt as he did during his first term (so did Biden...I didn't vote for uncle Joe either).

I VOTE Libertarian, but I am not a card carrying devotee of the party.

Gotta vote for somebody, and it would be a cold day in hell before I'd consider voting for Herr Diktator or Kamala.

It's pretty incredible the number of things we have that are named after a president that was so lackluster and who did almost nothing as president. There's a Wikipedia article that lists all the things named after him and it's a long article. 17 streets and highways, 22 schools, and a whole bunch of other things. It's really quite ridiculous.
